Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier marks your order as delivered. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes — these are your responsibility and aren't included in your order total.

Changed your mind?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn cap in original condition for a full refund. UK returns are free; international customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty.

What's ours.

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, social media tags, or any other content to us or about Casa Crew, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing and product purposes — with credit where appropriate.

You confirm that any content you share:

We do our best to make sure everything on the site is accurate — product descriptions, photos, prices, stock levels — but we can't guarantee perfection. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual product. If something is materially wrong (incorrect pricing, missing details), we'll fix it as soon as we spot it.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what UK consumer law requires. We don't promise the site will be available 100% of the time, error-free, or free of viruses — though we work to keep it that way.
