N° 04 · METHOD

How to measure your head.

Two minutes, one piece of string or a soft tape. Here's the method we'd use ourselves.

Diagram showing how to measure head circumference
  1. 01

    Get the right tool.

A soft fabric tape measure works best. No tape? Use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler after.

  2. 02

    Wrap it just right.

Wrap the tape around your head at the widest point — sit it just above your ears, across your brow, and around the back. Keep it level all the way around.

  3. 03

    Note the number.

Don't pull tight — keep it snug but comfortable. The measurement should land between 54–62 cm (21¼–24½″). If you're in that range, our cap fits.

N° 05 · ADJUSTABILITY

Snapback, dialled.

Every Casa Crew cap closes with a classic plastic snapback at the back — 8 adjustment notches, plenty of range. Pinch the closure to release, slide to the size that feels right, and press firmly to lock it back in.

The fit should sit firm without pressing into your forehead, and shouldn't slide around when you tilt your head. Most people land in the middle 3-4 notches.

N° 07 · QUESTIONS

Common asks.

Will the cap fit me if I have a small head?

Yes — the snapback closes all the way down to 54 cm (21¼″), which is around UK women's small. If you're below that, the cap will sit slightly looser even at the tightest notch, but it won't slide around due to the structured front panel.

Will it fit my big head?

Up to 62 cm (24½″), yes. That's around UK XL territory. If you're consistently above that, our cap will be a tight fit even fully open — message us and we can advise.

Is it suitable for kids?

Most kids 10+ will fit. Younger kids may find it loose even at the tightest setting. We don't currently make a youth size, but it's on the roadmap.

Will it stretch over time?

The internal headband softens slightly with wear, conforming to your head shape. The structured front panel stays put. So the fit gets more personal, not looser.

Is the snapback adjustable in small increments?

8 notches across the size range — roughly 1 cm per notch. Most people land between notches 3 and 6 from the tightest end.

What's between sizes?

Adjust to the looser of the two notches and let the headband break in over a week. Trucker caps are forgiving — slight imperfection in fit settles fast.
